As a start up company and new to running my own company, I quickly realised that there was a great potential to grow and develop the business but didn’t know what the best plan of action would be. With the overwhelming work load, I never had time to put any of my ideas into action...
And then there was Charles.
Charles carefully listened to how I had setup the business and everything I wanted to achieve in the future. After a few days of taking notes and observations, Charles presented us with his report and his ideas going forward. We then started to work together and have now set an 18 month plan in place which includes the setting and monthly reviewing of financial targets and creating business goals (short medium and long term). I now have the time to complete the necessary jobs which will ensure the business runs more efficiently.
Since setting these goals and achieving our targets, Oxygen Graphics has won Business Newcomer and Runner Up for the Business of the Year in the Rugby Business Awards 2010. These awards would never have been possible if it wasn’t for the help and guidance from Charles.
