Currently:
- Business Coach to two Directors of a Software & Training organisation
- Business Development and Coaching role with both Principals of a Clothing company
- Business Development role with a firm of Econometricians
- Business Coach assiting an Overseas VP in transitioning out and leaving behind a fully staffed UK operation
Previously:
- Managed an office re-deployment and realised an annual saving of £140K
- Staffed and trained an In-House sales team that generated a 60% increase in Revenue as well as 12% increase to the bottom line in 1 year
- Started the Franklin Covey Co. Operation in the UK (1990) and grew it from £0 to £4.8m p.a in 6 years; including total responsibility for generating sales for the initial 2 ½ years (£2.1m)
