  • Facilitating a management and business development programme for Corporate Awards and Sports Memorabilia company
  • Business Coach to the principals of a Recruitment organisation

Previously:

  • Managed an office re-deployment and realised an annual saving of £140K
  • Staffed and trained an In-House sales team that generated a 60% increase in Revenue as well as 12% increase to the bottom line in 1 year
  • Started the Franklin Covey Co. Operation in the UK (1990) and grew it from £0 to £4.8m p.a in 6 years; including total responsibility for generating sales for the initial 2 ½ years (£2.1m)
