Young Enterprise - what's it all about?

Being a Business Coach, Business Developer and Mentor is also about encouraging the next generation of entrepreneurs and for those who choose to go into full time, salaried employment, it's about gaining confidence and self-belief in decision-making.

^{I am a Business Adviser to a group of 6th Formers at Duston School, called 'Dynamic', they will be selling a clothing range to commemorate the 'Leavers' next year and also Leavers at Primary schools around the area.
I also took part, as a Dragon, in the Zero carbon Challenge at Northampton College. The group had to choose a product that returned Zero carbon, or as close to it as they could get, and with 6 other Dragons we covered everything from HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, to Operations. They then created a Business plan and made a presentation to us all, with their peer group watching.}
